The Jar
The Jar works passionately to ensure programming that features fresh voices that speak to the moment, mainly upcoming artists of color, through staged readings of new plays, Jar Salons in neighborhoods across Boston, stand-up comedy, cabaret, poetry readings, virtual experiences, and more. In gathering to experience The Jar, in the company of other Conveners engaged in the same journey, each event results in an engaged, enthusiastic, and deeply diverse room – ready to experience culture, and one another, together.

Brown Box Theatre Project
Brown Box Theatre Project’s mission was to break down barriers that separate the masses from live theatre by bringing the very best to unconventional venues and underserved destinations in order to reach the widest audience possible. Brown Box worked with Boston based talent to develop a diverse range of high quality theatre. These productions served the Boston community and then toured in order to share all that the Boston Theatre Scene has to offer with audiences in Maryland, Delaware, and other communities that crave the performing arts.
